I spent $750 at Freeman 3 years ago to get my driver’s side door to work properly. The repair included replacement of the inside bezel around the door handle. The bezel has come loose and interferes with side door to work properly. The repair included replacement of the inside bezel around the door handle. I recognize the warranty on the original work has expired but it seems excessive to have to pay another $400 to fix a problem that appears related to the work that was done. I probably should have elevated this to management to give them a chance to resolve it but instead I left without having them fix the bezel problem… More

I needed some maintenance on car that was suggested in December. I was able to get all those done along with new tires with alignment, recall service and emissions test at the same time.
