I dropped off my car at 3pm. I received my “check up video” at 430. I called Desmond 3 times he never responded or called back. I wanted to take advantage that my car was there I received my “check up video” at 430. I called Desmond 3 times he never responded or called back. I wanted to take advantage that my car was there to do some of the recommended items. No one called me to let me know my car was finished. I came to the service department at 6:30. Every one was gone. Except Shawn Harber he helped me get my keys and be on my way. Someone should really speak to Desmond from the beginning he was very off putting. Seemed uninterested since all I wanted was an oil change. I hade just got the car from park place Plano and all I need was an oil change. More
