My repairs were done right by Freeman Toyota after a roadside assistance technician misdiagnosed the problem, saving me 100's of dollars (it was just a belt slipping rather than the alternator failing). roadside assistance technician misdiagnosed the problem, saving me 100's of dollars (it was just a belt slipping rather than the alternator failing). My service advisor at Freeman suggested I have them diagnose the problem before I just paid to replace the alternator and the cost to do the diagnosis was deducted from the bill when I had Freeman fix the actual problem. This is the second time that Freeman provided the right expertise to fix an issue caused by another shop. I am convinced that you get what you pay for and I trust Freeman Toyota's Service Department to keep my Toyota running well. And I appreciate the courtesy of Freeman's service advisors. More

Waited over 2 hours for oil change and alignment only to be told alignment couldn’t be done due to equipment issues. This time the service took longer than usual I was changed more than previous service. I am told there is a new service manager who is driving customers elsewhere, he has stopped all discounts.
