I need a catalytic converter lock for my Prius. I asked their service department about it at the beginning of June and the man I spoke with promised to order it and get back to me when it came in. I then called again in late June to check on it and made an appointment to have it installed on July 12th. On July 10th I texted my POC in the service department to ask if the part had come in. He promised to check and get back to me. He finally did so on the morning of July 12th, about 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment, to tell me the part had still not come in. So we cancelled the appointment. More
