Dropped the car off at 8:30am and they didn’t check it until 2pm wasn’t done until 6pm. Wasted my entire day waiting on you to fix it. I don’t understand the point of the appointment. I never ever suggest freeman Toyota collision center for my friends, family and all the customer who really want to certified toyota parts and Toyota genuine service.I have a dozens of text and phone call f my friends, family and all the customer who really want to certified toyota parts and Toyota genuine service.I have a dozens of text and phone call from them for the proof. The funniest thing is that they update me every single work progress including final quality checks and approval through text and they also text me your truck is ready to pickup! After returning my rental truck provided from insurance I was on the way to pick up my truck I get the surprise call that yours trucks windshield not replaced we need one more day for repair!! That makes me upset after waiting 8 weeks I don’t get my truck back and i don’t have vehicle as well as rental vehicle to drive it’s really difficult to take care of my family and job it is because of them.
