Arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment for an oil change. My Service Advisor did not have time to greet me. The gentleman who did come to my car advised me that it would take and an hour and a half t change. My Service Advisor did not have time to greet me. The gentleman who did come to my car advised me that it would take and an hour and a half to two hours for my oil change. My inner voice told me to take my car and reschedule at a later date. But, I decided I could wait the hour and a half. Two hours passed, Two and a half hours passed. After waiting two hours and forty-five minutes I decided to go and check with the clerks at the service counter to see if they could page my service advisor as she had not looked my way nor spoken to me all while I was waiting. It took her a few minutes to come after she was paged. She said "they're almost finished, it should be just a few minutes". Ten minutes later, a serviceman came with my keys and asked me if I wanted him to wash my car. I replied "NO" because I could not understand why that wasn't already done in three hours. I was very disappointed with the service I received this time. More
