My Toyota is 11 years old and has served me well. Recently, my husband took it in for scheduled service and was told it needed several different things ( repairs) done to it amounting to $9200. Sin Recently, my husband took it in for scheduled service and was told it needed several different things ( repairs) done to it amounting to $9200. Since these problems had not been apparent to us, we didn’t have the work done We took it to an independent garage and had it checked. The items suggested for repair by Freeman were not found to exist by the independent garage. Could it be that your repair men were trying to ‘sell me a bill of unnecessary work’ just because they didn’t think I would check their suggestions OR because the title of the car is in a woman’s name and again, would not check on their suggestions. Freeman’s has always serviced the car, but now I’m having second thoughts about continuing there. I’m really disappointed because up to now, I thought Freeman’s was without blemish. More
