I was contacted by Tommy Chau of Freeman Toyota a day after submitting my CarPro request. I talked to him about what vehicle I was looking for and we set up an appointment a few days later. We have been purchasing Camry's (and a Tundra) from Freeman for the last 20 years and Tommy continued to exhibit the great treatment we have come to expect. We have always purchased Camry's with V6 engines, but Toyota is migrating away from those. Tommy let us test drive a used 2022 (essentially the same car) with the 4 cylinder to let us compare them. The 4 cylinders have much better power than 10 years ago and we were happy with its performance. Tommy then took us through the list of vehicles in line for delivery and we picked out the one we wanted. He gave us the price including the credit for the trade in we had and we told him to put us down for it. It took about two weeks for it to arrive and we set an appointment to pay and pick it up. The purchase process was fast and easy. The finance manager was James Padilla and was great to work with as well. He was very professional and explained everything to us quite well. Once again, we are very happy with Tommy, James and the entire purchase process with CarPro and Freeman Toyota. More

Windshield washer fluid wasn't refilled, obviously, when I checked it in the parking lot. Corrosion wasn't cleaned off the battery terminal. Car wasn't vacuumed but I'm not sure if that is part of the was I checked it in the parking lot. Corrosion wasn't cleaned off the battery terminal. They said the battery failed the battery test, but when I took the car to the service center I bought the battery at, they re-checked it and said it checked fine? The very young tech who came out to the parking lot to refill the WW fluid for me, after I had asked, was polite but very young for such a responsibility? It's almost like we (me and a middle aged service advisor, very good, knowledgeable, and concerned) had to tell him what to do, but they were polite and although it took a long time, the very young tech refilled the WW fluid and knocked off some battery corrosion. He seemed so inexperienced though. That should have been so obvious and also no excuse for not filling the WW fluid. Good thing I check the car in the parking lot before I drive away. Your Service Department is slipping down over the years I've been going there. More
