If I could give zero stars I would. This dealership obviously does not care about the people that puts their trust in them as a business. I called for a quote and was provided with a qu This dealership obviously does not care about the people that puts their trust in them as a business. I called for a quote and was provided with a quote of approximately $400 by Desmond Adger . I also spoke with the parts department, and provided my vehicle VIN to confirm the quote and repairs. The service department provided the same quote. I was told by both Desmond and the service department that I would have to pay to have my vehicle towed to the dealership in order for the repairs to be completed. I felt comfortable paying for the tow, since I had confirmed with two different people at Freeman Toyota. I had the car towed and within minutes of the car being dropped off by the tow truck, I received a phone call informing me that the repairs would now be over $1,000. HOW IS IT THAT TWO PEOPLE PROVIDE THE SAME QUOTE, BUT WITHIN MINUTES OF THE CAR BEING DROPPED OFF THE QUOTE MORE THAN DOUBLES?! I asked the person that called to explain and he couldn't He just said that was the cost. I tried to explain that, that I had received a quote and $1,000 was just not acceptable based on the quote. I also told him that I had already paid to have the vehicle towed. His was response was, "come get it". At this point I asked to speak with a manager and the person calling hung up on me. I drove to the dealership and spoke with Desmond., he apologized and eventually owned up to his mistake and said he would try to make things right. It turns out his idea of trying to make things right is to hide from me, avoid my calls and not return multiple phone calls. Desmond the "invisible man" did finally surface and contact me. He saiid he was still trying, but did not know what he could do to correct his mistake. He did suggest discounting the repairs by the cost of the tow, but that still puts the total cost more than double what was originally quoted. I would not have paid to have my vehicle towed to Freeman Toyota, if I had received an accurate quote to begin with. Perhaps they should have the person that called me and told me the higher cost and Desmond switch positions because that person seemed to be able to give the accurate cost of repairs within minutes of seeing the vehicle. Also, this repair is to replace a stolen key. It is not a fee that should increase when the service department sees the vehicle. As mentioned earlier, I provided my VIN number to get the most accurate quote. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the service and lack of professionalism from Desmond Adger and the entire Freeman Toyota Service and Parts Department. If you do risk getting repairs done here call around to other dealerships after Freeman provides you with a quote just to be on the safe side. More

The service was fine, the wait was excruciating - a little over 5 ½ hours and I even eliminated some of the services. Only had oil change and filter, cabin air filter, engine air filter, retorque prope little over 5 ½ hours and I even eliminated some of the services.
