They were God sent. I was in Hurst for a wedding. My Tundra catalytic converters were stolen. Although, OEM parts were not available for 3-4 months, The dealership team I was in Hurst for a wedding. My Tundra catalytic converters were stolen. Although, OEM parts were not available for 3-4 months, The dealership team worked overtime to locate and install aftermarket parts. What could have been a fiasco was minimized by team Freeman Toyota. The service manager was exceptional. The parts department was phenomenal. The service technician was invaluable. I know the Lord Jesus selected this dealership in my time of need because he knew their caliber of character was going to show up in the final results. He did his part and the Freeman Toyota team did their part. Because of their response to my needs, I was back on the road and headed for home within 24 hours. What could have drained my joy and energy ended up as a testimony. God has good people and he has great people on his list of resources. The Freeman Toyota team is on God’s resource list of great people. I am so thankful for the service they provided. I know it was God because only God could have pulled it all together. He directed the parts department leaders to find the parts needed and he directed the parts supplier to ship the parts but it all came down to the commitment of the Freeman Toyota team to take care of business.
