I had an appointment to have my window panel on the driver's side look at to see why it is not working-when I got there they told me that it would be hours-I asked if they could look at it and tell me driver's side look at to see why it is not working-when I got there they told me that it would be hours-I asked if they could look at it and tell me how long of a wait. I was assured that they could and not 10 minutes later was informed that it would cost $79.99 for the diagnosis. I bought my car at Freeman, I have had everything taken care of by them-tires, maintenance, etc. I was not paying $79.99 not knowing if the wait time would be too long and I would have to reschedule. I will find another dealer to take of my car. More
