Had to bring my truck in 3 times to get a recall fixed, because they messed it up the first 2 times. I thought the whole point of bringing your Toyota to the Toyota dealership, was to make sure things gone because they messed it up the first 2 times. This is the first time over 20 years that I have not rated service a 5 and raved about the care. I have sent several friends to Freeman to buy a new Toyota. They gave me a quality estimate on the time to do the 20,000 mile checkup and had my car back to me, washed, fifteen minutes earlier professionally! Took almost six weeks for car to be repaired. Toyota unable to get original Toyota part. My insurance paid for most of rental car.
