I needed some maintenance on car that was suggested in December. I was able to get all those done along with new tires with alignment, recall service and emissions test at the same time. Tim Farrand has been the service representative for years and is great at his job and makes sure all the maintenance for my car is done in timely manner. More

I spent $750 at Freeman 3 years ago to get my driver’s side door to work properly. The repair included replacement of the inside bezel around the door handle. The bezel has come loose and interferes with side door to work properly. The repair included replacement of the inside bezel around the door handle. I recognize the warranty on the original work has expired but it seems excessive to have to pay another $400 to fix a problem that appears related to the work that was done. I probably should have elevated this to management to give them a chance to resolve it but instead I left without having them fix the bezel problem… More

I went to Freeman bc they had the car I was looking for and it was the best price in the area. The salesman tried to make the process as smooth as possible and the actual buying process wasn’t horrible. My and it was the best price in the area. My problem is that when purchasing we decided to add on rim customization and this process took longer than expected and I was not kept up to date on anything without personally requesting for an update. When the car was dropped off we were under the impression that we would be powder coating the rims and it would take a maximum of 2 days. At the end of day 1 we were then informed that the rims would need to be painted instead of powder coated and instead would take 3-4 days which we were fine with since they gave us a loaner. The car was dropped off on a Wednesday and by the next Tuesday I still hadn’t received an update so I reached out and was told it would be ready that day of the next. No more communication Tuesday or Wednesday so I called and texted on Thursday and was informed the salesman would reach out but never received an update so on Friday I reached out again and said I would be available Saturday to pick it up if it was ready. The response was oh yes it was actually ready on Thursday but no one told me. I went first thing Saturday morning to get the car and I was given a car that yes had the rims completed but the car itself was filthy. After buying a brand new car from a dealership and then paying them for a service on it I expect to get my car back shiny and clean. Needless to say I will be finding another dealership to service my car going forward. More
