I made my appointment for an oil change with pick up and drop off. Also Lincoln Courtesy wash. They had my car all day and brought it back not vacuumed or washed. I took my vehicle in knowing why it had a check engine light on as we ow. A repair shop. We had to bring to ford because it needed trans control Module and needed programming by ford. They charged me for light on as we ow. A repair shop. We had to bring to ford because it needed trans control Module and needed programming by ford. They charged me for diagnosing again and reprogram it and told me it would take care of the problem. Paid $480. Two days later same issue. Now a charge if $1300. Just very disappointing having to pay that much. More

I took my Ranger to Freeport Ford for warranty work and the conversation with Brad regarding that work was tense. He asked if I purchased my new Ranger from Freeport Ford (I didn't), but for warranty work, the conversation with Brad regarding that work was tense. He asked if I purchased my new Ranger from Freeport Ford (I didn't), but for warranty work, why would that matter? I explained that a bolt broke during installation of a truck bed cover and the installer said it is a warranty claim to repair and Brad replied, "They're not Ford" implying that Ford may not agree with that assessment. In the end, thankfully, Ford accepted the claim and the Service Dept. at Freeport Ford did a fine job making the repair that I'm happy with. More
