When we had a problem with the used Chevy Equinox we bought from Freeport Ford, they took steps to get the repairs done ASAP, and have graciously allowed us to use a loaner in the meantime. I’ve been searching online for a truck for the last 2 1/2 months nationwide because I wanted to find one that had not gone through the salty Buffalo winters in New York. My online search led me to Freeport months nationwide because I wanted to find one that had not gone through the salty Buffalo winters in New York. My online search led me to Freeport Ford and the 2021 F150 XLT that was exactly what I was looking for. Tony Oxley was the salesman who contacted me. After I explained to Tony what I was exactly looking for and why I was searching so far from Buffalo he was able to give me all the finer details on the truck that I was looking at. Tony was very knowledgeable, professional, and he was not pushy or overbearing, which I very much appreciated. Because of that I had a confidence that Freeport Ford was the right place to be doing business with. I got to talk to Andrew who I believe was the assistant sales manager and he was very helpful as well. We were able to put together a tentative deal pretty quickly over the phone. I asked Tony for some more photos and some video of the truck top side bottom side and he was very willing to meet that request. After I got the final pictures and videos from him on the truck, I knew this was the truck for me. The only thing I had left to do is buy a plane ticket to Chicago and a bus ticket to Rockford and the rest is history. They’ve been a great bunch of people to deal with, and if I was closer, I would be telling all of my friends and family to buy from Freeport Ford. Before I left, I told Tony that if I ever get ready to trade this truck in maybe my wife and I will do a road trip back to Freeport and jump on something newer. More
