From the moment I spoke with Court regarding my needs, he was very attentive and went out of his way to help me find the right vehicle matching my specifications. Aaron Berger at Freeway Chevy turned having my husband’s baby (his car) declared a total loss into a positive experience. We called Aaron as soon as we heard the news and explained our situation. Since this was “the car” Aaron went out of his way to make sure we secured the car that night. From this point on I was sold on Aaron’s outstanding customer service…..Since we were not able to get into the dealership that evening, we submitted the application online. Aaron went back to the office (he had already left for the day) to pull the application and get things going. He inspected the car while we were on the phone to tell us about any chips, scratches, etc. We put a deposit down. The next morning, Aaron drove the car to my husband’s office so he could actually see it. We were in later that day to finalize the deal. While at the dealership to sign the papers the process was quick and haggle free – Aaron had already done the prep work and had gotten answers to all of our questions. By the time Aaron was done showing us around the facility, Finance was ready for us to sign the papers. Aaron has broken the car salesman stereotype in our minds.
