I was looking for a new car and, after weeks of phone tag with numerous dealers closer to my home, I stumbled across a listing for the exact car I was looking for at a dealer down in Chandler Arizona. I sent an email to them asking about the car and within an hour, not days like the other dealers, I had a response from Court. We "talked" briefly by email and then I went down there to see the car. Court went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, got me some coffee, sat me down and talked about the car and what I was looking for specifically. There was no pressure, he made me feel like I was his only customer and his sole purpose at work was to be there to provide for my needs. This was not your normal "fake" customer appreciation. We laughed and shared personal life stories while discussing my possible future purchase. It was like hanging out with a friend for the afternoon. By the end of the evening I had found the exact car I was looking for and to make it even better, the car we found for me was a 2010 but was used with only 1,700 miles on it. I got the exact car I wanted and due to the fact they had one that was slightly used I ended up saving thousands of dollars on the cost. The car was immaculate. Even though it was already clean and ready to go Freeway Chevrolet took the car again and cleaned it up inside and out and put some fuel in it so I could enjoy driving it home without having to stop and get gas. The finance department took half the time that the other dealers I have worked with in the past with car purchases, they got the approvals and the paperwork was rushed through the processing (or at least felt like it). I didnt have to spend 7 hours sitting in a waiting room while paperwork was drawn up. I was escorted around, shown the dealership, offered refreshments, shown features on the car, receiving personal attention the whole time as if I were the only customer they had all day (which was definitely not true, they were busy and I see why. They go way out of their way to make the customer feel special). When we finished all the paperwork we found that I required a signature from my Wife who was not present due to other commitments. At this point it would have been easy for them to just tell me that they will hold the car until I could come back with her to sign the paper. To my amazement and pleasure, Court did the absolute opposite. Court made arrangements to meet me at MY HOUSE with the paper needing the signature. I live almost an hour away from the dealership and for him to give up his time to drive all that way to save me from having to do a round trip just reinforced how special the company and Court see their customers. Overall it was an amazing experience and I will not go to any other dealer ever again. Just to show a quick comparison, I recieved my original contact from Court within an hour of my inquiry. I have had the car almost 3 weeks now and just now recieved a call from 2 other dealerships in town that I had emailed the exact same time I contacted Freeway Chevrolet. 3 weeks to get back to a potential customer is not customer service. Freeway Chevrolet, and Court Johansson in particular, is what customer appreciation and service is all about. More

Through either a computer glitch or a mistake on my part, my rating for Dennis showed up as only satisfactory. Brian was a great salesman. He worked with me very patiently. I had not bought a new car in 15 years and he ran over all the various options of the two cars I was interested in in great detail, so muc patiently. Sales and dealerships and customer service is way different now than what it was back when I purchased my last car "a decade and a half ago" as Brian put it. I went down on my lunch break to take a look and met Court there. I came back in the evening with my mother whom helped me out with financing and it was pretty much that easy! They honored the internet price of $16,999 even though the stick at the lot was $19,999. He treated my mother and me with respect and was very courteous. I know my mom can be a pain in the butt at times but, it didn't phase him nor anyone else who helped. I forget the guy at the front counter who was very up front and honest whom I think was named "Jim" (I forget). After I finished the test drive we moved on to negotiations and paper work was done in less than 2 hours. The finance manager who we signed paperwork was pleasant and patient as well. I went home with my new truck and at a very fair price in which I was very pleased. This was the most UN-stressful dealership experiences I have every had and I have purchased 6 vehicle myself. I have recomended Freeway Chevrolet to at least 5 people since the purchase. I hope to do business with Court in the future when I'm ready for another vehicle, possibly a car. More

I bought 2 cars from Freeway and Dennis Renko. I bought a 2009 Malibu and then after I decided that I didn't like the Malibu, I traded it back and got a 2010 Camaro SS which is awesome. Dennis and Freeway were awesome in getting me out of the Malibu and into the Camaro. They made sure that I didn't lose my shirt on the Malibu and got a great price on the Camaro which are hard to find for a deal these days. Dennis is a car guy and has a 69 Chevelle and I have a 69 Camaro so we hit it off as far as going to car shows with our old hot rods. He's a great salesman and now a great friend. If you need a new Chevy, go and see Dennis, he wont steer you wrong - he's a great guy and Freeway is a great dealership! I live 45 minutes away, and figured I'd give it a shot. If this didn't work, I wasn't meant to trade my car yet. I buy a new car every year, and was now looking for that 5-year commitment, so I wanted the right SUV at the right price. They were expecting my arrival and I was greeted by a few gentlemen outside all smiling saying hi. I went out on a test drive, and I was practically in love. All that was left was the financials. After going back and forth with Shane, we finally came to an agreement. I was stoked. Walked to the finance department to meet with Jay, who was FABULOUS. Overall, it was truly the best experience I've ever had. I've never been in and out of a dealership and driving away in a new car in 3 hours. Shane is amazing!! We've been in touch since I purchased the SUV because of a few scratches they had to fix as well as a ding in the windshield. Shane is not out to get you to buy a car. If you want to buy a car, he's there. If not, there's no pressure. I have recommended this dealership to several people. In 5 years when I’m ready to trade in my SUV, I’ll go back to see Shane. More
