Overall it was an okay experience. I am going to stick with a five star rating for the sole reason that Erica, my sales rep is a rock star and totally saved the day for the Dealership. I average a new car about every 2-3 years, and this was the first time I leased rather than purchased. Talk about an absolute disaster of a process. Seth from the management side was great but once I made back to finance it went completely down hill and to be honest I am not sure I am going to come back to Freeway Chevrolet if Erica ever leaves. Seth explained to me that the cash out part of my deal would take a few weeks to deliver due to hoops and processes, I can understand that from a title hold prospective to protect liquid cash. However when I go sit in the "finance managers" office everything went downhill and to be honest the old "car guys are just here to rip you off" saying became 1000% true! Originally I was told my payment would be xxx on the lease, that dollar amount magically a day later had an additional $150 added to it because of my credit score, even though I signed a credit app the day prior and not to mention signed paperwork on the vehicle the day before but of course there was an "issue." After me being visibly frustrated they did try and make it right however it got worse once more. I asked if the case out portion would change and they stated no and that I should expect a check back on the next Monday or Tuesday. I followed up with him on Monday and shocker I got blown off via e-mail. I mean why would he reply now that he's gotten his deal out of the way and I am not his problem anymore. Bottom line I was told two different things by two different people, I felt completely used as if I was just another commission for the finance manager, and to top it all off if I was buying a car there is zero chance I would get it unless I had the cash in hand, there would be no promises. Its a good thing I trust and value Erica's friendship as my car salesperson cause otherwise I would be questioning the validity of any of this since they couldn't even honor the original contract and had to change it because they didn't do there homework or whatever happened. More

I don't know what happened from before until this most recent oil change but what a difference! Service is so much more responsive and friendly!
