Purchased 2020 Suburban using a "digital" contract. They didn't provide us with any of the paperwork until 10 days after the purchase! Told us it didn't have a warranty, but after we paid for an extended warranty they informed us it qualified as a "Certified" used with a warranty when we finally got the paperwork! They didn't disclose it had been wrecked.....NOW they said it's too late to do anything cause it's outside the time limit. Shop elsewhere steer clear of ANY Chapman owned dealership............ More
