I only make the drive to freeway for Chris for my mechanic services - great person to work with. And when I got back into the car there was no indication that anything had been sanitized. I was in the waiting room for 1 hour and 45 minutes and did not see anyone cleaning/sanitizing anything. I was told that I needed a brake and coolant flush in addition to the oil change. How do I know that I really needed that? A bit more explanation and reason for the service would have been helpful. Electrical repair to eliminate tachometer needle bouncing Craig did an outstanding job of keeping me informed the information he acquired relative to the vehicles problem. Once a decision was made, he made sure that the work was done in a timely fashion and I was able to pick up my car in time for the weekend.
