We found what we wanted at Freeway Chevrolet and Malkum Muhammad went the extra mile to get us what we wanted, Malkum was an excellent salesperson as well as the management staff. He did his job without pressure. No back and forth nonsense like most dealerships. Once the deal was made, we was out of there driving home in 2 hours. Smoothest car buying experience ever! Pricing is an issue specifically on parts that can be easily purchased at any auto parts store. The dealership has a right to me a profit but price gouging on oil changes, air and cabin filters and wiper blades is not ethical especially when the dealer labor rates are already higher than most repair shops. Then when I went to go get my personal vehicle out of service it’s not ready but yet they texted/emailed me three days ago with the invoice implying is was complete.
