However, I was also given the option of having a LYFT driver take me back home free of charge - which I did. That is a nice touch! My 2021 Corvette was serviced and all systems checked out OK. I always feel like I get friendly, fair, and quality service at this dealership. More
Just had the worst experience. Besides wasting my time I also wasted my money. The supervisor Chuck is no good and his customer service skills are atrocious. Went in to turn in a Besides wasting my time I also wasted my money. The supervisor Chuck is no good and his customer service skills are atrocious. Went in to turn in a vehicle I had “purchased” and I thought was “approved” but I did not like the counter offer from the bank so I returned it. I had just filled up the gas tank on the Silverado and Chuck said we will get you your car back and get you some gas. They returned my original car back super dirty and with no gas. When I asked my sales person DC about the gas his supervisor was going to get me he said “my supervisor said we weren’t going to do that” Just because I rejected the counter offer and I didn’t go through with the sale they basically treated me like trash and like I didn’t matter. If you are thinking of coming here don’t. You will leave happy with your vehicle for them to then change the terms that you had originally agreed on with finance. More
BUYER BEWARE! I am a 73-year-old USMC Vietnam veteran. I have an 8-year-old adopted daughter with a pacemaker. The good people at Freeway Chevrolet met my daughter I am a 73-year-old USMC Vietnam veteran. I have an 8-year-old adopted daughter with a pacemaker. The good people at Freeway Chevrolet met my daughter. That did not stop them from defrauding me of thousands of dollars in items they charged me for but did not provide. Study the Retail Order for a Motor Vehicle attached. The items marked in red were not provided, the items in blue were wildly overcharged. I was never shown this document but had to obtain it from the financing Credit Union. The virtually identical signatures on the document were obtained by asking me to provide a single signature on a DocuSign file on a tablet, then later tapping the Retail Order in my absence and without my knowledge or consent. In multiple emails and in a response to my fraud complaint to the Office of the Arizona Attorney General, Mr. Tim Mort, General Manager of Freeway Chevrolet, has never denied these claims. Note the handwritten “Value $37,580” at the top of the revised Retail Order. That is the value of the vehicle Freeway Chevrolet reported to the Credit Union. Now note the “Selling Price” of “42,580.00” – that represents a markup of $5000.00 over the value of the vehicle reported to the Credit Union. This markup was never disclosed to me. The “Total Balance” of “44,499.67” listed at the bottom of the Retail Order presented a problem to Freeway Chevrolet: it represents 118% of the loan to value (LTV) on my vehicle valued at $37,580.00. The max LTV allowed by the financing Credit Union for an auto loan is 115%. Freeway Chevrolet could have achieved an acceptable LTV in many ways: By not charging me for the nonexistent LoJack and Chip Guards ($699 + $599 = $1298) it could have lowered the LTV to an allowable 114.96%. Not charging me for the fictional Nitrogen Tires and Safeguard Tire & Wheel ($399 + $1058 = $1457) gets an even lower LTV of 114.54%; cutting the exorbitant Dealer Prep in half yields an LTV of 114.43%. But Freeway Chevrolet chose another route: Having already marked-up their own declared value of the vehicle by $5000.00, corruptly charged me $4392.00 for items neither disclosed nor delivered ,and received $5730.00 from me in net trade-in value on my Jeep, Freeway Chevrolet asked me to fork over an additional cash down payment of $2000.00. This got them an allowable LTV of 113.09% with an Amount Financed of $42,499.67. Customer fleeced; problem solved. If someone had taken from me at gunpoint the thousands of dollars Freeway Chevrolet defrauded me of, it would be called theft, plain and simple. And prosecuted as such. The thieves: Tim Mort (General Manager), Andrew Varela (Finance Manager), Carmayne White (Sales and Leasing Consultant), and Benjamin Noland (Staff). More

The worst experience ever with the service department. The service order was put in incorrectly so when I went in to pick up my car, all the repairs were not completed. When I informed them, Tyler stated The service order was put in incorrectly so when I went in to pick up my car, all the repairs were not completed. When I informed them, Tyler stated "That's on you." Very unprofessional and rude. Mick was extremely unprofessional, rude, and a bully. He was not truthful about anything. Jacob the manger tried to make me share accountability for their mistakes. I felt like a 2nd class citizen. I was forced to call corporate to get my car repaired after Jacob stated he was not going to fix my car because I was using big words. Tim the GM called me to apologize about the incident and he was very kind. Rick took over the repairs and was accommodating. They kept my car for over a month with no urgency to get it repaired. As a business owner, I wouldn't treat my worst customer like this. They were condescending, evasive, dishonest, unconcerned, dismissive, and rude. Horrible place to go to get your car serviced!
