Have used you many times before, on visit last year you lost our antenna and valve caps and we had to buy a new one one.Yesterday you lost the antenna once again and you washed our car and some how managed lost our antenna and valve caps and we had to buy a new one one.Yesterday you lost the antenna once again and you washed our car and some how managed to soak the passenger seat and carpets.On asking your young staff member he said ohhh no not again, and we eventually found the antenna stuffed down under the rear seat.We had to drive to Phoenix with a soaking saturated seat.I asked for a seat cover but the guy who washed it could not understand English very well and just looked at me. Mr. Morehouse was veary friedly and respectful in helping me pick out the vehicle right for me. Did a great job in assisting us with geting the best payment plan for me. I bring my truck in for service to this location every time I need maintenance or have issue with my vehicle. I generally have a good experience when I come in, however I was severely disappointed and fru time I need maintenance or have issue with my vehicle. I generally have a good experience when I come in, however I was severely disappointed and frustrated with the length of time I had to wait for my vehicle to be finished. I arrived before they opened at 6:50 a.m. anticipating their opening at 7:00a.m. My logic was that if I came in as soon as they opened I would be able to get in and out within 45minutes or so. I was only having an oil change and tire rotation. When I inquired about the length of time I would have to wait at check-in the service person assured me since I was the second in line that I would most likely be done in 30-45 minutes. I thought that's what the "Quick Lube" line was made for but apparently I was incorrect. I had to wait over an hour and a half for my truck! This, to me, was completely unacceptable and I conveyed that to the gentlemen that helped me that day. This cut into my time to get the gym and work on time and I was not happy. I've come in at other times (i.e. right before lunch) anticipating a long wait time, but to have to wait for so long when I arrived first thing in the morning was just utterly frustrating. This experience has made me wonder if I should now look elsewhere to take my vehicle. More
The entire experience from researching the internet, to communicating via email was an EXTREMELY simple and effortless process. Court, Jim and Mark were great! They answered all my questions. I didn't have to spend an entire day in a dealership trying to find a car. They got me exactly what I was looking for at a value that is almost impossible to beat. If I had known leasing could be this easy, I would have done it years ago. As long as Jim, Court and Mark are there in the future, I'll be leasing from Freeway again. More
Dealership was clean, used car was detailed and ready for ownership BEFORE purchase and didn't smell of smoke etc. First impressions are very important. Vehicle came with a full tank of gas. Fkor 20 years I have refused to go car shopping because too many salesmen trying to get your attention. I'm on my second avalanche and will always bring it to Freeway. My first avalanche was not purchased from Freeway but was serviced there. That's what I found in Roger Young. As a bonus, the service department at Freeway is second to none. It's a combination that can't be beat. Keep up the great work. More

John makes all kinds of promises that he can't keep. The staff (Tyler and one other salesman) calls their boss a dick in front of women customers. All they care about is getting your money and not what's at the customers best interest. WOMEN: If you have a husband, boyfriend, brother, etc, BE SURE TO TAKE THEM WITH YOU!! They think women are stupid and don't know anything. I will NEVER step foot on their lot again. If you are naive enough to purchase there, hold them to their "promises" but be warned they are all lies. More
