Took my 2010 camaro in for to have the a/c unit worked on as it "squeals" when turned on. This is the second time that it has been in as the first time they couldnt find the problem. I called on Friday t as it "squeals" when turned on. This is the second time that it has been in as the first time they couldnt find the problem. I called on Friday to set up an appt with Chris to have my vehicle in at 1000 for service. When i arrived for my 1000am appt at 945 no one was there to greet or take care of me. I had to walk thru the service area to find Chris(service associate). Chris then helped me by writing down the things that i would liked to have looked at. First, was the squeal with the a/c unit. Second, I had just had my rear tires repaired from having nails in them and the repair placed o2 in the rear tires. When i bought the car from Freeway they sold me the Nitrogen pkg. So i asked if they could replace the nitrogen in the rear tires and top off the fronts. And Third, When i drive over 65 mph the car does not ride as smooth as when I am lower speeds. I then left the shop and did ran some errands around the dealership while I waited. At approx 0130pm I recieved a call from Chris stating that they had finally found the problem with the a/c but had to order a part that was not in stock and he would call me back in next week. I told him that I would be there in 20 mins to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived to the dealership I went to the cashier window to get the paperwork so that I could pick up my car. The cashier said she had no paperwork and called up someone on the phone and told me that I could meet her in back to get car. I went back to service and waited and she never came back. I then saw Chris and approached him. He said he would be right back and went to get my car. About 10 mins later he returned with my car. I asked him if there was any paperwork stating what had been done and he said no I could get it next week when the part came in and work was completed. I thought this would be okay and then left the dealership. As I began to drive off i checked the air pressure in my car and noticed that the pressure had not changed in any of my tires so I am assuming that the rear tires never had the nitrogen replaced. The vehicle calls for 36 psi at cold and I was showing 32 in my passenger sides 34 on front driver and 35 on rear driver. This has been where my air pressure has sat for a couple of days. Then when I got back on to freeway heading home I noticed that the car still drove the exact same way at 65mph as when I took the car in asking them to see if there was a problem. I guess my big thing is the dealership had my car for approx 3 hrs and they did not complete anything that I asked. I understand that they didnt have the part for the a/c. But the two things that I thought would be simplest didnt even get touched. And I'm sorry but when the consumer pays for an added service, such as the nitrogen, they expect to get what they paid for, especially when it costs $200.00. More
I didn't have an appointment and they were more than willing to do my tune up and a few fixes that I needed done. They called me a half hour before the car was ready so I could be there right when it w willing to do my tune up and a few fixes that I needed done. I have owned many cars so far and have dealt with a lot of dealers and sales representatives. By far hands down Freeway Cheverolet has been the best. Connie's customer service was exceptional. Bottom line is that she made me feel as if I were her ONLY customer, and the most important thing in her day. I will not hesitate to bring my truck to Connie again .... instead of any other dealer, including Van Chevrolet which is right by my house. More

I was so surprised by the internet price, it was nearly 9,000 off msrp, we had to make a trip to the dealership to check it out. 100 miles later, we test drive the truck of our dreams. A few days later, after all had been negotiated, we signed the paperwork and was off in our new 2011 crew cab silverado 4x4. Thanks for the amazing experience with the purchase of our new truck. I have spent the last several years purchasing my cars through Thorobred Chevrolet. When I stopped into Freeway Chevrolet as a spur of the moment deal, I was very impressed. The salesperson I dealt with answered every question I had. He also informed me about cancelling my GAP insurance with the Thorobred. I thought I was happy at Thorobred Chevrolet but after visiting and purchasing from Freeway Chevrolet, I will definitely be a returning customer. That is if I decide to ever trade in my Traverse. As far as service goes, I was happy with the service I received at Thorobred and am very impressed with Roger at Freeway. He takes the time answers my questions and puts my mind at ease even though I'm tired of bringing Chevy cars back for a steering problem. I definitely will refer Freeway Chevrolet to anyone thinking about purchasing a new or used car. More

Connie remembered me from my first visit nearly 3 months ago when I called her this time. She is super friendly and really cares about making sure I'm satisfied with the service. Both kept me updated on the status of my repair. Although I hate paying the high costs of repairs, the amount they charged was in line with any other dealership or auto service shop. They did give me a discount on the labor charge. I took my SATURN to Freeway this time because I was very happy with the service I got from them the first time with my HHR. More

Being a dealership, I expected recommendations to trade her in for a new car. I am happy to say that has never been suggested. I have got honest service from all your people. They have listened to all my concerns and have made solid recommendations. They sent me to Arizona Auto Air to get the a/c put in. I had a great experience with Darryl there. Anytime I have had warning lights come on, your people have given me real answers and good advice. I originally chose Freeway because you are close.
