I have purchased a few vehicles in my life time. However, up till now my personal thoughts of a car dealership rated next to the sewer. I would not and cannot be stopped in my "Bragg-in" about how terrific I was cared for upon my arrival and through the purchase of my 2005 GMC Envoy. I never once felt as though I was being taken advantage of, I never felt as though I was being pushed to salesman to salesman and The whole process only took about 1 hour or less after I decided on the vehicle I purchased. I live in the far North Valley and my trip to Chandler was WELL worth the trip. I want to Thank You and everyone else behind the scenes on the friendliness and professional service I received. More
I have been in Arizona approximately 5 years, and had established a relationship with another Chevrolet dealership for purchases of corvettes. Within the past 9 months, I discovered Freeway chevrolet, a established a relationship with another Chevrolet dealership for purchases of corvettes. Within the past 9 months, I discovered Freeway chevrolet, and went to this dealership for servicing. Freeway dealership is much closer to home, and I thought that the next time I choose to purchase another vehicle, I should visit Freeway. As the time came to add another car to my household, I went to Freeway, and immediately felt that I had made the right decision to purchase my vehicle from them. This decision was made entirely due to the diligence of Mr. Scott Poling. Mr. Poling was kind, knowledgeable, always available for any questions every step of the way during the process of deciding details of the car, right up to setting up bluetooth connection. All my years of purchasing vehicles, Mr. Poling was and is the best. When it is time to purchase another vehicle, Mr. Poling and Freeway chevrolet will be my one and only go to dealership. More
Richard Henne and Court from internet sales were very friendy and helpful in answering all my questions on the phone and in person. By the time I arrived at Freeway Chevrolet, Richard was the person who was available and met with me to show me different vehicles and car facts. There was plenty of give and take in the negotiating process; acceptable to both parties. Both Court from internet sales, and Roger from the service dept. were quick to assist me with problems that unexpectedly resulted shortly following my purchase (within 2 days). He was never pushy, but instead made suggestions that were logical and made good sense. It was obvious that he not only enjoys his work, but his intent is bringing a joyful and satisfactory experience for his customer. Tahoe still has vibration in steering wheel after being told all 4 wheels were balanced. Remote keyless entry had battery replaced. Still does NOT work. Alternator gauge moves between 14 + to -9 ( this told all 4 wheels were balanced. Remote keyless entry had battery replaced. Still does NOT work. You're service department is great! My only recommendation - PLEASE speed up vehicle delivery from service. Your lot attendants disappear for minutes on end trying to locate my car, which I'm recommendation - PLEASE speed up vehicle delivery from service. Your lot attendants disappear for minutes on end trying to locate my car, which I'm always told is finished from the service advisor and cashier. They come back with different cars, tell me it will be 10 more minutes since it's being washed, etc. I'm not blaming the lot attendants, they are very nice, but it appears your process can be improved. It is very frustrating waiting for 20 minutes when you know your car is done. More

I realize we bought a used car, and there are certain processes that must be followed to make a sale. But all we asked was for honesty and we did not receive it.
