My visit was perfect. Chris smiled the entire time. Found this dealer on the internet. Called and got immediate attention to my requests. After expressing my vehicle interests, Brian Banks got back to me within 24 hours with exactly the vehicle I was immediate attention to my requests. Brian reviewed all the numbers with me on the phone and he beat all other dealers on price. Better yet, He invited me to come by and drive the car before month's end because Freeway was running a promotion. I had gotten several offers from other dealers, but Brian's car knowledge and his very warm and friendly demeanor convinced me to select Freeway Chevrolet as the dealer of choice.....GLAD I DID!! This dealer referred to me by USAA. They sent emails and and responded by phone when I inquired about a car. Both Brian Banks and Jim Rule were very pleasant to talk with on the phone. Brian called back within 24 hours to tell me that Freeway Chevrolet had exactly the car I was inquiring about.......and at the price I wanted to pay. Brian invited me to come over before the end of April because Freeway was having a promotion. I showed up on April 30 and closed the deal that we discussed on the phone two days before. They are truly MEN OF THEIR WORD. During my test drive at the dealership, Brian impressed me with his car knowledge along with his very pleasant demeanor. I plan to visit Freeway again when I am ready to purchase another car. I own several cars and enjoy exploring High Tech cars and trading up. More
The problem that I encountered was that while I had taken my car in for an oil change, they also needed to replace the 'bow tie' on the back door. We said that we would wait for the car, thinking that it wo my car in for an oil change, they also needed to replace the 'bow tie' on the back door. We said that we would wait for the car, thinking that it wouldn't take long. After waiting 2 hours, we inquired as to when the car would be done and were then informed that the whole back door needed to be dismantled to change the bow tie and it was taking longer than they anticipated. We were told that it would be at least another 45 minutes before it was done. In all, it took 4 hours and the only time we were able to get any information was when we inquired - no one came to us to explain the situation or to apologize for the wait. Had we known it would take so long we would have brought another car with us so that we could run the errands that we had to run. Instead, we spent half the day unexpectedly sitting at the dealer with nothing to do. I also just received notice that another part came in that needs to be replaced - first I have heard anything about that! There was something on the receipt about a cracked handle, but no indication that it hadn't been fixed while we were there and no one talked to us about it. How long will it take to replace this new part? I am not prepared to spend another 4 hours at the dealership... More

Roger has remembered my first request from day one! "My wife doe not want to talk to you; all she wants to do is drop the vehicle off, get a ride back to work and discuss the repairs with my husband." I brought my Chevy HHR (bought at Freeway Chevroled in October 2009) in for service as I had intermittently been hearing what sounded like a liquid sloshing noise emanating from the right side of the vehi October 2009) in for service as I had intermittently been hearing what sounded like a liquid sloshing noise emanating from the right side of the vehicle. After a test drive by one of your employees it was found that a styrofoam ice chest in the trunk was rattling around and causing the noise, along with a loose license plate. Did I feel dumb, or what??? Chris explained the cause of the noise to me, took me for a drive so I could hear the noise had stopped with the removal of the styrofoam box, and never once treated me like a total idiot. Very diplomatic of him, and appreciated by me a lot. Now my vehicle is noise-free. Thank you, Chris! P.S. I love my HHR! More
