My only problem is that the invoice didn't reflect the actual cost of the repair. Only the deductible was indicated. I would have liked to know how much the whole repair cost. My husband and I felt James was very peronable and we felt comfortable in talking with him and letting him know what we wanted what we liked and what we ecpected. He always comes to greet me when I'm there and makes sure I'm comfortable. I currently drive a 2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer LTZ, which I purchased there brand new. I love my heavy chevy. I have over 124,000 miles still on the original brakes and no where near in being replaced, while I'm on my 3 set of tires. This vehicle has been good to me. I take care my Chevy and it takes care of me. I will be planning to trade my vehicle in sometime this year and am looking forward to seeing Mark Orio for a new model.
