3 stars only because in the end it got fixed When I bought the truck I was told it at sync 3 with Apple car play. When I got home and plugged in a usb cable I found I did not. I called my salesman and he said stop in and they will fix it. I arrived at the service center and they laughed at me and said they didn’t have an appointment available for two weeks. My salesman should have told me to make an appointment before I drove there. When I arrived at my appointment two weeks later they did not have the media stack on the things to fix on my truck. So again I went to talk to my salesman. He then brought over a manager to tell me they don’t fix things if they were not in writing when I purchased the truck. Even though I had a been told by my salesman it had it. And have texts messaging also saying it had it. In the end he’s said they would fix it this one time. More

Quick, but caring service My car was giving an error message so I called to bring it in. The scheduler tried her best to get me in as soon as possible. The day I brought it in My car was giving an error message so I called to bring it in. The scheduler tried her best to get me in as soon as possible. The day I brought it in to Freeway Ford, they got me checked in. They offered to take me to get food and when I turned them down, someone escorted me to the waiting area. The new waiting area is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Employees checked on me multiple times to make sure I didn't need anything as I waited. It was less then an hour before Dean came to tell me what was wrong with my car. Thankfully they diagnosed and fixed it all very quickly! They just charged me the diagnostic fee and even washed the car for me. I've been a customer of theirs for years and was reminded of why on this visit. Thanks so much for taking good car of me and my car! More

Unexpected Service First, I love Freeway Ford, and have been a customer of theirs for many years. This is the first marginal experience I have had. But the latest interaction was not entirely positive. I brought my car in to get a recall repair. I also requested the appropriate mileage service for my vehicle, as I have the pre-paid maintenance plan. I dropped it off before service opened, and was filling out the key drop as a service manager came out to greet me and ask about the service. I told him the 35k mile service, and he mentioned a brake fluid flush. Not knowing exactly what the plan covered I said sure. However, I didn't know that this service was not covered, so I was surprised to see a charge for $90 on my bill when I picked the vehicle up. I accept some responsibility, as I should know what is covered, but it should have been noted that this service is not included in the package before the work was completed to make sure that was a desired service. More

Train your lubes tech's The lube tech was not in a lube bay so he needed to fill a jug with oil which he commenced to spill all over the engine! He cleaned it up as best as The lube tech was not in a lube bay so he needed to fill a jug with oil which he commenced to spill all over the engine! He cleaned it up as best as he could. He then pull my vehicle out to park it a grabbed the "power" mirrors and yanked them back out. I had to show him how to do it without damaging the units. Train your tech's, and give them the proper tools and work spaces for their jobs! More
