Recall work and engine and airbag issue. Replaced rear toe link per recall. Replaced wiring harness on rear airbag after reading codes. Did diagnostic on check engine light. Determined could have been bad fuel or debris in injector. Dean explained things very well and supplied us with a rental for the weekend till they could finish. Overall a very good experience. More

Excellent Service I brought my truck in to have the Advancetrac serviced. The problem was with the throttle body which apparently isn't covered under the power train wa I brought my truck in to have the Advancetrac serviced. The problem was with the throttle body which apparently isn't covered under the power train warranty (not very happy with Ford about that). Brian the service mgr was very empathetic with the situation and really took care of us. I was happy with the service that they provided and the truck is working great. The work was completed in a timely manner as well. More
Above and Beyond It's kind of nice going to a great service area when you have to go to a dealership with related repairs instead of the standard auto repair shop. Our Explorer had a few various Ford Explorer specific problems that they were able to fix and run diagnostics for future reference. I bump that up against what prior auto shops have told me and found they really didn't know and needed to rip everything apart, then would need to order the Ford part anyway. so if you want to go to a dealership and get it done right the 1st time without leaving your car for a week, I recommend Freeway Ford - it was a very positive experience. It beats Tousley, Midway and a third one up in Brooklyn Park I cant remember- hands down. More

Did Not Fix problem and not told until after I paid the Bil Had vehicle in to diagnose front end clunking noise. Service recommended some front end work and while doing the work suggested front brake pads and Had vehicle in to diagnose front end clunking noise. Service recommended some front end work and while doing the work suggested front brake pads and later thought we should do rear break pads as well. Thought I'd save an extra trip in and a day without a vehicle. Took an extra day to get it all done. $2,200 dollars later as I was paying the bill Paul mentions that the clunking sound is still there and I'd have to set another appointment and pay another diagnosis fee to investigate further!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely unbelievable!!!!! I was called by Freeway Ford on Monday for feedback. I shared my experience with her and said she'd pass on to the Service manager who will probably contact me. It's Friday and no such contact. Again, unbelievable!!!!!!!! More

Unprofessional. We take our fleet vehicles along with personal vehicles to this location for work. After bringing in one of the vans recently it was ignored for a We take our fleet vehicles along with personal vehicles to this location for work. After bringing in one of the vans recently it was ignored for a week and one of the reasons I was given was "it's hard to do so people are avoiding it". Once it was ready to be picked up, some of the issues I brought it in for had still not been taken care of. When picking up the van mentioned above I had to leave a truck for an oil change. I was called about the truck needing brake/rotor work done however I just had new brakes/rotor work done around February. This shed light on the fact that I was sold something yet never received it. This new work was then given to me under a "warranty". The truck was done but I was not notified for another two days because a specific individual was "off". Apparently only one person knows how to use a telephone. Upon getting into the truck, I found multiple items hanging from the ceiling of my truck's interior, these items were not hanging when the truck was dropped off. I was told this is my problem and not Ford's problem. My trust/faith is gone with this location and quite possibly Ford due to the unprofessional and untrustworthy work I have experienced. More
