Easy/Great Service I have worked with Dean as my service advisor on a few occasions now and he has been great to work with. He is always very upfront/honest in terms of I have worked with Dean as my service advisor on a few occasions now and he has been great to work with. He is always very upfront/honest in terms of what needs to be done/what doesn't need to be done and what the costs will be without any "surprises". When you bring your vehicle in for service, you are putting a lot of trust in the individuals you are working with. I have always felt that Dean is looking out for my best interest in making recommendations. I also would like to compliment the individual who manages the cashier area.
