This could have been an expensive day I brought in my 2015 F150 to check out why my front and was acting up. I have 73000 miles on this truck. When the service agent "Dean " called me to t I brought in my 2015 F150 to check out why my front and was acting up. I have 73000 miles on this truck. When the service agent "Dean " called me to tell what they had found out was wrong and how much it would cost to repair, I decided to go ahead with the repairs. I told Dean , Just for the record I had brought my truck in eight months earlier when it was still under warranty because I felt something might be going on in the front end but it did not act up when the service department checked it out..But know 13000 miles later something definitely wrong.Dean told me he would communicate this to Ford. Well he called me at the end of the day to tell me the truck had been fixed and Ford picked up the tab What a nice surprise. If not for Dean going the extra mile for me I would have had to pay this bill..This is why I do business with Freeway Ford This my 4th F 150 I've purchased from Freeway Ford 1997-"2000-2010-2015 and 2016 Ford Edge.
