Slow, Tough to work with Bad customer service. Will no longer be coming to this ford dealer anymore. I had to call to get update as to why my car was not done, when I needed Bad customer service. My car also came back with change engine oil light when I just got the oil changed a week prior. Also they did not inform me they had to jump my car to start it when I picked it up, which ended in me having to call them 15 min later to come jump me. More

When calling for the appointment, the individual on the phone had no "friendliness" in his voice. Sounded like he was mad. When I picked up my vehicle, the woman at the cashier's desk was very friendly and the individual who brought my car around was equally as nice. However, when I went into the service area to ask the price of a couple of things, the service guy, again, was not very friendly. Not even a hello. All I got was "Can I help you?" Kind of rude. More
