The quick lane was busy but over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation was a bit excessive especia This review refers only to my recent visit. The quick lane was busy but over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation was a bit excessive especially considering I had the work done in the 'Quick Lane'. The guy who waited on me was the absolute best I've experienced at Freeway Ford. According to my invoice, I believe his name is Richard Stack. I never expected a guy as nice as he was at Freeway Ford. I followed up with a phone call regarding a low battery test result attached to the invoice. The guy I spoke to, unidentified, was courteous and thoroughly explained what the test result meant. This recent experience with Ford was by far my best. More

I then called Freeway and was given a time of 7 AM the next morning or a time 2 days away. The easy decision was the next morning! We were actually able to drop the car off the night before with the key drop. I talked to Dean the next morning and he was in process of entering the vehicle information, and thought the repairs should be done by end of day. Dean called later that day to let me know that the vehicle would not be ready for me that evening and offered a rental car on them for us to use tomorrow. We were able to pick up the rental that afternoon. The car was fixed the next day, below the estimated cost of repairs! We are 100% satisfied with Freeway and felt we received fantastic customer care! I won’t go back to the other dealership. More

Nav display off roading Tyler did a great job of letting me know what was going on and the step being take to repair my truck.
