Wasted a Saturday. I went to quick lube for oil change on my Raptor that I bought at Freeway. They said it would be 2 hours which in my mind isn’t acceptable. After two I went to quick lube for oil change on my Raptor that I bought at Freeway. They said it would be 2 hours which in my mind isn’t acceptable. After two hours and forty minutes I decided to leave the main waiting area and go check in the status. I found my vehicle in the parking lot and it had been done for some time and no one told me it was ready. Time is money to me, not acceptable. More

Awesome service Brought our vehicle to Freeway Ford for an oil change as well as for them to retrieve our seat belt that had slipped under the seat. John and his staf Brought our vehicle to Freeway Ford for an oil change as well as for them to retrieve our seat belt that had slipped under the seat. John and his staff did a great job!! They made sure it was completed the same day it was brought in, even though it was a "active" day for them. Surely appropriate that, as I needed the car the next day. More
