Your quick or express service is no longer quick or fast. Why are you using your quick service program to do your recalls? Don’t you realize that your customers like being able to stop by and get their new car purchased from you serviced. When I stopped by to get my new car serviced and was told it would be a two hour wait. If you are going to be doing this I suggest that you allow any new car customers to make an appointment to get cars serviced. I thought this was started as a convenient service for your customers. Very Little Effort to speed the process My vehicle was initially mis-diagnosed by the service department, which resulted in it taking about three weeks to do what should have taken no more t My vehicle was initially mis-diagnosed by the service department, which resulted in it taking about three weeks to do what should have taken no more than three days. Lots of excuses, very little communication and now I finally have it back and do not believe they correctly fixed my car. There is MUCH more road noise that there used to be and the wheels seem to vibrate once you get on the freeway. Nothing like what it drove like in the past. Very disappointing experience. More
