unacceptable customer service. The positive: The man who helped me was polite and kind. My car was serviced in a timely manner. I appreciated the car wash. The negative: When I stepped up to the service counter, four people were seated at computers. They all looked up at me however totally ignored me. Some were having conversations with each other, no one was on the phone. I was the only customer. Not one acknowledged me! No one welcomed me to FORD. Or said "Just a moment, I'll be right with you", or "How may I help you?' I was totally ignored by all of them. It was extremely uncomfortable and needless to say, upsetting. Finally someone asked if I needed help. I don't know how much time had lapsed at this point but it was long enough my son-in-law, who was taking me back home, got out of his vehicle and came to see what the hold up was. What should have taken five minutes took what felt like an eternity. It was extremely uncomfortable standing there and absolutely unacceptable custom service! More

Oil change I stopped in for a Quick Lane oil change. They said it could be up to an hour and a half wait, but it was finished in 45 minutes. Also, regular maintenance in the Express Service Lane has also been done promptly and within a reasonable price. Their estimates are usually right on.
