Too many returns to shop. Took over 3 weeks to repair transmission which was under warranty, did receive loaner car. Though it took a very long time it was not major inconvenience. Needed to return twice for issues connected to their service recall. Inconvenient since they do not have loaner cars for items which connected to their initial repair. Did not feel respected by Ryan. I am still dealing with potential issues connected to prior repair. Should have option for loaner and if not under warranty then user pays for use of car. More

Event-Saving Service My Escape developed an exhaust system issue on Tuesday before Thanksgiving. This certainly put my Wednesday travel plans at risk. But, Service Manager My Escape developed an exhaust system issue on Tuesday before Thanksgiving. This certainly put my Wednesday travel plans at risk.
