Oil Change on newer Ford F150 We came in for an oil change. The Express Oil Change took hours because they didn't have enough manpower on site apparently. The waiting room could be cleaned up and made a little nicer. Steve informed us of what was recommended at our 15,000 mile odometer reading. He wasn't pushy at all, but answered our questions of what some of the services were and why now. He was very helpful. We went with the recommendations. The oil change information is very generic - "it was good". No description of the 21-points checked, was the oil high or low. No details whatsoever that could be helpful. With some tweaking, they would be a five star rating. Overall, we thought the price was reasonable for what we had done. More

Besides the basic oil change & tire rotation, needed them to diagnose a malfunction Recently purchased 2013 Edge, first time using the service center. Besides the basic oil change & tire rotation, needed them to diagnose a malfunctioning liftgate. They were very friendly and quick about it. Liftgate motor failing and they were able to replace within hours.(thank goodness for service plan, only cost me $100!) Even replaced the battery in my keyfob :) I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I found a 1-inch scratch on liftgate (Grrrr! First scratch/ding is the hardest to get over). Be careful, guys!! More

I have never had an issue with preventative I have been taking my Ford vehicle(s) here for 15+ years. Bought my 2005 Escape and now own a 2014 Fusion. I have never had an issue with preventative maintenance, repair. Customer service, especially in the Quick Lane has been excellent. I have to go out of my way for my oil change/tire rotation and will continue to do so. More

He was quick , he was knowledgeable , he was careful, and in no time my car was done. His name was Eric, if you get a chance to have someone work on your car........THIS is the guy !!! Had a transmission hose replaced Worst service ever. My truck was there a week. No one ever called me to update me I had to call every time in the evening once I was so frustrated tha Worst service ever. My truck was there a week. No one ever called me to update me I had to call every time in the evening once I was so frustrated that they didn't call me. When I talked to them they did not even show any customer service when I asked them to let me know they still never called. This was my worst experience ever! Don't take your vehicles there go somewhere else. More

I was in and out within minutes when I dropped my car off, got a ride back to my work with a very nice driver! Car was ready earlier then promised. I was given a review of other needed repairs and no unnecessary repairs were listed. When I picked up the car, again was in and out within minutes and car was driven up to the door, I didn't have to walk around locating the car. Follow-ups via phone and email were good but maybe overly necessary. More
