It ended up with some issues, so they a provided a replacement that was a huge upgrade from the first deal. The General Manager, Sales Managers, Finance Manager, and especially our sales guy Michael Corona were all very understanding, helpful and courteous. We did not make a stink about the first car, just told them our concerns. They took it on themselves to step up and address it all in a way that was more fair to us. I don't know where the stories come from with dealerships and car corporations screwing their customers. It sure must not come from Freeway Honda. I am telling anyone that asks to see Freeway Honda if they need a car. More

Oil change in less than an hour! I had my oil, filter and tires rotated in less than an hour on my 2014 CRV. The staff diagnosed a bad weight on the wheel and fixed it. Not only did the car not click anymore - the wheel balance that they did for me made the car run nice and smooth again.
