Even the recall was not processed after mechanical verification, I have to thank him for his honesty and kind help. More
Purchased a brand new car, put $10,000.00 down. Very clearly asked if their was a prepayment penalty if we paid the car off early, a very clear answer of "no" was replied by this dealership. Now it's been 2 months and guess what, they now say......."well the fiancé company has to get something". Very small line item 1D ON THE BACK of the contract tells a little something about this $75.00 fee, that the dealership lied about during contract signing. Buyer beware, this dealership doesn't tell the truth, just what it takes to get you to buy the car. More

This was the best car sales experience I have ever had, which is saying a lot as I am in my late 50's and have bought numerous cars. I had already done my research in expectation of the traditional lengthy haggling experience, and much to my surprise, they offered me the best price and terms right out of the chute. Through the course of the buying process, and lessons in technology, I met several staff members and all were clearly professionals that wanted to ensure I was not only satisfied, but impressed with their customer service and my vehicle. Incredibly, I was in and out in a little over an hour, and that included the financing paperwork! They have guaranteed my repeat business and my highest of recommendations for anyone interested in purchasing a Honda. And their technology expert, Tim Topeka, has the patience of a saint... I did mention I'm in my late 50's. More
I went to Freeway Honda after trying other dealerships that continuously declined me for my lack of credit. When I arrived at the dealership I was help by Jim Gano. Jim was great, he assured me that he would get me into a car that day at first I didn't believe him since the cars i was looking at the previous dealerships were no where near as nice as the ones Jim showed me. But sure enough Jim went in and worked out a deal for with Pierre and got me into my 2008 Honda Civic. I would recommend this dealership with out hesitation. More

They lied about having a few 2013 Accord EX-L V6 at their dealership. I came over 4 hours later, not a single V6 available. One guy said, he would give me a call the next day , no calls at all. We needed to replace our old Odyssey ASAP and checked out the Honda site for Certified used. One ad caught my eye and I sent out a quote request. Within less than 10 min got an answer back from Steve Ivers the Honda site for Certified used. One ad caught my eye and I sent out a quote request. Within less than 10 min got an answer back from Steve Ivers who's the go-to guy on internet at Freeway. Spoke to him 3 times on the phone and took an 1.5 hr ride down to check the van out. Steve was a great guy to work with and I'll recommend him to anyone. Robert Giamataso in finance got us in and out in an professional, open and efficient manner. Freeway Honda had the best selection and prices for used Honda Certified Odyessys'. Steve was quick with the facts and Robert quick with the paperwork - couldn't ask for a better experience with having to spend a chunk of change. More
Went in over the Labor Day Weekend to Freeway Honda. Met a gentelman named Oscar, spoke descent english but not fluent, at first I thought get me someone else that speaks better english. He showed me an Accord, we took it for a ride, and 1 hour later I was taking delivery of a new Honda Accord. great service, friendly people. THANKS OSCAR More
