Although they sold the tires $5 cheaper than other Honda dealers in the area, they sure made up for that when it came to mount them, balance and alignment. Now I know exactly why I saw only a few other customers in 4 hours. More
My Accord was the second car in 6 months my wife and I purchased from Freeway Honda, and also from Steve Ivers. I went in for an oil change. They tried to sell me $900.00 worth of "recommended" repairs. My Accord has 32 thousand miles on it. When I confronted the manager she said she would "look into it" to see if her people were selling services nobody needs. I just wanted a simple explanation of the costs and why I needed so much service at such low mileage. I was treated with disrespect and made to look like a fool. It's a shame people like this are still in business. More
Came across a vehicle at Freeway Honda on the internet that did not have any pictures with it. So I sent an email out to them and received a call from Steve Ivers and he said first thing in the morning h that did not have any pictures with it. So I sent an email out to them and received a call from Steve Ivers and he said first thing in the morning he would send out pics to my email. Next day came, and had ten pictures of the car. He called and followed up with me. Asked for a couple more descriptions of the car, and he took care of them. Drove down from San Diego that night and Steve stayed late to meet with me. We took a test drive, he even pointed out a couple flaws on the car. He didn't try to hide anything. He was very personable and funny. Actually made the car buying experience enjoyable. Of course still had to deal with a little negotiations, but that is always to be expected. Go see Steve, he will crack you up and make buying a car enjoyable. Plus a couple days later I noticed the vehicle did not have floor mats, and called Steve and he took care of it. Great experience More

I worked with Amir/internet dpt, he made this process quick, painless, and even enjoyable. Freeway Honda had the best pricing out there!! I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour, and everyone there was more than kind!! I am telling you, I am hard to please, and difficult at best, do yourself a favor, go see Amir over there and you will be glad you did!! Finance was a breeze too, in and out and Russ was great!! Jeff the GM even came out to shake my hand before I left, that good business!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! More
I recently bought a used 2010 Honda Accord coupe from Freeway Honda and it was such an amazing experience, I had to review it. I don’t come from a lot of money, nor do I anticipate being extraordinarily affluent. I’ve always been a humble person. I have probably spent $1000 on a singular thing three separate times in my life (if you include my education). With that in mind, Rich and Ole set me up with an incredible car for a price that really worked for me without pressure/hassle...and, for that, I'm eternally grateful. Driving that car back home made me feel like a different person and it’s hard to put it all into words, but I’m thankful for it---I know that much! I wrote because I think sometimes people don’t associate car sales with being a “rewarding field." It wasn’t until I made that life-changing purchase myself that I fully realize the extent of pride these guys should feel in what they do. That car will make me so happy for years to come because it’s so beyond anything I’ve ever owned in terms of value (I can sense the sentimental value will also evolve throughout time). Overwhelmed, my girlfriend almost cried when she saw it (also from a humble background). Adding a bit of luxury/elegance to our lives without going broke will be the defining moment of 2010 for me. I would recomend this dealership to my friends & associates, The Honda I purchased was a 2008 Hond Accord LX with 74440 miles on it and the selling price was excellent. The General Manager Jeff Voechting did an excellent job peparing for my visit since we were about 30 miles from Freeway Honda. My daughter asked me to contact this particular dealer and I am glad we did. More
My mom needed what will probably be her last car due to her age, so I took time to take her car shopping knowing how hard it can be getting a fair price and not taken advantage of at a dealer. After making the rounds to several different car dealers and being treated to some dumb selling antics by your typical car salesman I made a stop at the Honda dealer in Santa Ana, Freeway Honda. We were warmly greeted by the salesman Jesse Rivera who thanked us for coming by, after some initial fact finding exchanges he led us to the car I was considering for my mom a Honda Fit, he took time to show her all the features, get all the driving adjustments setup for her before we started the test drive to ensure she was comfortable. After the test drive he asked how we enjoyed the car and honestly we told him we did not like the car, he asked why and my mother told him, he listened to her and then said he had a idea and would we please give him a few more minutes, we agreed since he had been so patient, he brought us over a small SUV the CRV in the color we had been considering, at first I was against the idea because of the higher cost but he asked me to not consider the price yet just see if we like it better, well my mom did like it better. Because she was sitting up higher than the Fit or the other brands we had looked at she could see the cars around her better and the test drive along with the knowledge he had of the CRV and it's competitors we agreed to consider it if we could bridge the price gap since my mom lives on a fixed income. After a few back and forth inquiries mainly about our trade in he presented our offer to his manager who accepted, she was very pleased the final payment fit into her budget so we agreed. Jesse then promised we would be in and out of the finance department shortly, during the brief wait while the CRV was being prepared and filled with gas he went over the owners manual with us and even took us on a tour of the dealership introducing us to the service person who would look after my mom when servicing would be due, then when it was our turn he led us to finance where Ramon took care of all our paperwork, while there we were surprised how quick everything went compared to our past car buying experiences. Once the paperwork was done we were again greeted by our salesman who seemed as happy as we were about the purchase, he took a moment to introduce us to his managers who stopped what they were doing to congratulate us, thank us for our business and give us their business cards if any issue came up. The CRV was waxed and ready for us with the controls set how my mom wanted, her belongings transferred from her old car, after again going through a demostration of the CRV but this time having my mom operate everything to make sure she knew how to we were on our way. This much is certain after this experience it will be easy to reccommend this Honda dealer and have done so already. More
Shawn and Phat were extremely informative throughout the service of my vehicle, which included a new set of brakes, oil change, new battery, and replacing the steering and brake fluid. They were both frien service of my vehicle, which included a new set of brakes, oil change, new battery, and replacing the steering and brake fluid. They were both friendly and very knowledgeable about my vehicle and the services they were providing. My car was returned to me in a timely manner, only 4 hours, and looked better then when I brought it in, after being washed at no charge. The pricing was inline with other dealerships that I have had the vehicle serviced at. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone having their Honda serviced. More
