Over the past 33 years, my family has purchased seven Toyota's from this dealership. We have always had them serviced there. Our current 2009 Avalon is 16 years old and still runs like new. The actual buying experience was okay. However, I was told the car would be ready to pick up a couple days later and it has now been 2.5 weeks and I still don’t have a ETA on when the car However, I was told the car would be ready to pick up a couple days later and it has now been 2.5 weeks and I still don’t have a ETA on when the car will be ready. There seems to be no urgency whatsoever and a lack of communication between team members and with me. If they were not ready to sell the car, I would have waited but the cat and mouse game I’m playing with the dealership has become an increasingly frustrating experience. I asked to see if they could offer a second key fob and could not even help with that. More
