Haven’t used them for service but just the sales part alone I’ve used and would not recommend or go back for sales. They are the worst when it comes to sales because they aren’t honest and upfront about alone I’ve used and would not recommend or go back for sales. I was very happy with the purchase of a used SUV, until this happened. I was missing the second key and the sales department wasted my time making me go back twice to pick it up as it needed to be made. this happened. Then they avoided my phone calls to finally ignore me, I will never buy from them again, They do a good job selling their cars but as soon as the sales is completed they stop taken care of the customers and forget the commitments they might have to the vehicle they just sold.
