I have been coming to this dealership for ivermectin 20 yrs. It’s never been great. This time they changed my oil etc. and in the video it showed a very dirty air filter. Instead of asking me to purchase a yrs. It’s never been great. This time they changed my oil etc. and in the video it showed a very dirty air filter. Instead of asking me to purchase a new one they left it in without even trying to clean it off. I start my car and air conditioner and it sounds horrible. I ask Deet to check on what is causing it and it is the very dirty air filter that was put back in. He takes it out and it is full of dirt dust and leaves. He cleans it out and puts it back in. Seriously your mechanic can’t clean it off????? Now you want to charge me $2800.00 + for a 60,000 mile service??? I have very little trust in your dealership and will be shopping around for a better bid and a trustworthy dealership. This isn’t my first complaint unfortunately. More

The one good thing was that the car was obtained. After that it was all very poor. A minor problem occurred when they were incapable of connecting the car to the toyota app and because it was close to closing time just gave up. The car is great. The salesman and staff were unprofessional and unconcerned about the customer's welfare. Subsequent attempts to fix the major problem have gone ignored. Other than the ability of the staff to obtain the desired product when other dealerships were not, there is nothing positive about the dealership. More
