Your people Alex and Amber were top notch. Easy to deal with, very profesional. Unfortunatly the vehicle I purchased was misrepresened to me, and had a couple of issuses. Your, so-called, 182 point inspection failed big time, The vehicle was deliverd to me with a non-functioning heater and a intermittent fault in the Infotainment system. I discovered a rodents nest on top of the motor which I cleaned out and noticed rodent damage to the rightside insulation pad that covers the right rocker cover. There was something in the glove box that looks like chocolat and the truck bed was poorly cleaned with even a piece of trash left in it. I've returned the vehicle and was promised all would be taken care of by the sales manager who was quite humbled by everything. The vehicle has been in your possion for almost a week and I've not heard anything as of yet. Overall bad expierence with Freeway Toyota, Ba humbug. I would perfer to have a full refund of my money and be done with your organization. More
Most times I have great experience, but time I was not impressed. Communication was not clear, I was quoted 1 - 1.5 hours, but at the. 2 hour mark the routine oil change wasn’t complete. Although I am accustomed to things running behind this time no one communicated until a lady noticed me checking things out and actually went and found out for me. Please check my records to see who the service manager I worked with this time to possibly help them with their customer service.
