I took the Corolla in because the air pressure was a little low. They said at first there was a nail in the tire. Then a couple hours later they said that the tire had been repaired previously and tha little low. They said at first there was a nail in the tire. Then a couple hours later they said that the tire had been repaired previously and that the repair went bad. The only fix was to buy a new tire. Thinking something sounded fishy, I took it to a real tire shop where I explained what Freeway Toyota told me. The real tire shop checked the previous repair and said there were no issues with the repair. It wasn't leaking at all. They found the nail and repaired that. Then, they told me there was no charge for the nail repair and that they hoped when I needed tires I would come back and see them. The tire shop took 30 minutes for all of that. Freeway Toyota took over two and a half hours and gave me bad info. I love Toyota products but this service department has issues. More
