Horrible business! Was promised by sales rep (Martin) registration would be paid for upcoming year. I was charged for registration 30 days later due to financial dept (Brian) stating they couldn’t renew because it was more than 30 days out, and DMV doesn’t allow them to renew the reg if it is over 30 days. It was 31 days exactly and even though sales rep assured me Toyota would pay this, they refused to pay the reg of $414. General manger Mike Hagans did absolutely nothing to help this situation and a full complaint was filed with Toyota corporation itself. Toyota has assured me this was unethical business and in fact refunded my money. Visalia Toyota is under investigation and I am a firm believer in justice will prevail. Proceed with CAUTION should you visit this dealership!
