I had the pleasure of working with Vincent Sena, my service advisor at Freeway Toyota in Hanford, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I brought my vehicle in with a coolant bypass valve problem, and from the moment I arrived, Vincent was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and had a smile on his face the entire time. His positive attitude made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate. Vincent took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process to me, ensuring that I understood what needed to be done to fix my vehicle. He went above and beyond by offering me coffee, water, or even a ride while I waited for the service to be completed. Not only was Vincent professional and helpful, but he was also charming and easy to talk to, making the experience even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who is both personable and efficient in their role, and I truly appreciated his approach. Overall, Vincent Sena is a standout service advisor, and I’ll definitely be seeking his assistance for any future service needs at Freeway Toyota. Highly recommend! More

In general service is polite but not everything was fixed and I wasn’t asked what services I needed and I wasn’t given an initial quote to sign.
