The service advisor I dealt with was not very helpful when it came to explaining the services that were done to my vehicle. At Freeway Toyota of Hanford we felt very comfortable and the salesman was not pushy at all! Everything went smoothly! The only complaint that I had about the 4hours it took to purchase my new car was that the salesman was not pushy at all! Everything went smoothly! The only complaint that I had about the 4hours it took to purchase my new car was that they were so busy that we were left sitting there just waiting in between the step process. It just would have been better customer service to just check in and let us know that they were extremely busy and that we will be taken care of shortly! Other than that the service was great, they were professional and had my new car cleaned and ready for me when we were done:) I would definitely go back for future purchases! Thank You! More
