We checked their online inventory, provided them a specific vin of the car as asked if it was possible to test drive and look, and they said yes. Once we got there they said it was available but not there. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and allowed them to go overpricing. Just to find out that the online models they could sell were lower than the one which originally brought us into the dealership and much more expensive. This is because they forcefully try to include dealership packages that add around 4000 to the original price of the car. Overall I feel that the dealership operates borderline to the illegal bait-and-switch scheme. Where they post a bargain vehicle and tried to sell something not remotely close to it. Additionally don't trust their sales team especially Travis Jones. When we were there he said that in order to look at the inventory he needed to run a "soft" credit check for identification purposes only. We asked many times if it was in fact a soft. Then he went into confirming yes, that they pay a lot of extra money to be able to do soft instead of hard. That even if we paid cash, we would need one to confirm identity. He lied it was a hard check, which we never authorized for a hard check. Overall the whole experience was filled with deception and really feels like borderline illegal practices throughout the process. More
