This dealership does excellent work. The only issue I have with them is when you try to drop your car off before 8:00 a.m. there's always a long line of people waiting for an attendant t The only issue I have with them is when you try to drop your car off before 8:00 a.m. there's always a long line of people waiting for an attendant to come out to their vehicle and check them in. On top of it, you then have to go inside to wait to speak to an advisor so they can do the paperwork. It's not uncommon to wait 30 minutes just to get your car checked in completely and get back to work. There has to be a better way to handle this. They either need to get more attendance to come out to your vehicle to check people in, or they need to utilize some sort of electronic online system to do so. They definitely need to step up their game in this area. More

Would not take down the repairs on the repair forms that I wanted. The dealership will not document any issues with the vehicle. They wanted me to sign for $200 diagnostics fee.
